All taxpayers and spouses please bring state issued Photo ID, and social security cards or other proof of social security numbers for you and your dependents.

If you have dependents that you are using to claim Head of Household status, Earned Income, Child Tax, Education, or any other dependent related credit please see the Required Supporting Documents page.  IRS due diligence laws require us to examine and document proof of Relationship, Age, and Residence.
